John Mills, P.E. is a licensed professional engineer with over 35 years of diverse experience in electrical design and electrical engineering. He has extensive experience in project management, and business management having been a Principal in medium and large consulting firms and industry prior to Launching J A Mills Engineering. He is an experienced senior level electrical engineer who has performed designs on low and medium voltage power distribution systems , lighting systems, communication systems , security, solar photovoltaic and fire protection systems for both newly constructed and renovated industrial, K-12, higher education, hospitality, healthcare, commercial, retail and institutional buildings. A LEED accredited professional, he maintains his Building Design & Construction Credentials and has designed projects that have earned LEED PLATINUM, LEED GOLD and LEED SILVER CERTIFICATIONS. In Addition, He has served as a Principal in Charge on GSA Design Excellence Projects.
